
Here’s some key information to help ensure your upcoming visit to the park is safe and enjoyable!
General Information
The park opens for entry at 6pm. The show starts at 7.30pm and runs for 2 hours and 30 minutes including a 15-minute intermission.
Patrons are encouraged to come early to picnic before the show starts. Latecomers will only be allowed entry at a suitable point in the performance.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed by law at all national parks.
Pets are not allowed.
Ticket Information
VIP, Pavilion, Premium Picnic ticket holders: Please collect a wristband at the entrance for identification purposes.
VIP and Premium Picnic ticket holders: Please arrive before 6.45pm to ensure that you do not miss the set walk-through.
All tours will end at 7pm sharp.
We recommend bringing picnic mats, cushions and your favourite food and drinks to picnic. You might want to bring an umbrella/ raincoat (in the case of light drizzle). No chairs are allowed. Backrests are also available for purchase on-site.

Food & Beverage
Outside alcohol will not be permitted this year—but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. A well-priced, fully stocked bar will be available on-site with a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and beers to set the mood.
Raise a glass at Happy Hour from 6pm – 6.30pm with $8 beers, $10 Aperol Spritz, and more at the bar! Keep the good vibes going after the show, with Happy Hour available 10pm - 10.30pm!

The only entry to Shakespeare in the Park is via Gothic Gate at Fort Canning Green nearest to Carpark A. As there is extremely limited parking, patrons are encouraged to take public transport.

Shakespeare in the Park is a fully outdoor experience, and we’re just as committed to the magic of theatre as we are to your safety and comfort. In the event of rain, our priority is to make informed decisions that protect both our patrons and performers.
