Devised Performance

Students will develop their own scenes using everyday stimuli. They will produce a short story by utilising improvisation skills, voice and movement work and creative writing.

Participants will:

• Develop an understanding of using different kinds of stimuli to instigate an idea
• Learn about the structure of stories to support script development
• Develop improvisation and creative skills
• Learn about various theatrical styles

Level: Secondary 2 – 3 students
Duration: 2 hours
