Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT) believes that a thriving arts scene depends on nurturing quality talent. While many still see the arts as an uncertain path, Theatre360 aims to change that — by showing young Singaporeans that theatre can be a dynamic and rewarding career.

As Singapore’s creative economy grows, so does the need to build industry-ready talent from an early age. Theatre360 is a 360-degree theatre industry experience for young people aged 13 to 21, designed to inspire, train, and connect the next generation of theatre-makers.
