On 1 Sep 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) launched the Culture Pass – a bold initiative designed to make arts and culture more accessible to Singaporeans. The pass encourages people across all walks of life to experience the magic of live performance, exhibitions, and cultural events.
At Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT), we believe theatre is for everyone. Live performance has the power to spark imagination, create joy, and connect people.
The Culture Pass is an opportunity to welcome more first-time theatre audiences — people who may have thought theatre was out of reach.
By opening doors for more Singaporeans to experience theatre, we can continue building a cultural scene that is vibrant, inclusive, and shared across generations and communities.
