Evan Low

Music Director

Evan Low, also known as evanturetime is an award-winning music director, producer and composer from Singapore. A recipient of the Young Artist Award in 2024, he is recognised for his contributions to the local music scene and his work across live performance, recorded music and large-scale productions. In theatre, he was awarded Best Sound at the Straits Times Life Theatre Awards 2020 for inch’s multi-sensory production, ’Til The End Of The World, We’ll Meet In No Man’s Land alongside Uthaiyan Kumanan. Evan has worked with artists including Benjamin Kheng and has contributed to national platforms such as the National Day Parade, co-writing songs like The Road Ahead and Not Alone. His approach to music direction blends musical precision with a strong sense of storytelling, shaping sound that supports both narrative and emotional impact on stage. He continues to develop work that bridges artistry and audience with clarity, intention and connection.

 

Adeeb Fazah

Utha Blackbeard

Uthaiyan Kumanan, widely known as Utha or Black Beard, is an audio engineer and founder of Black Beard Audio. With over 15 years of experience in audio production, he has served as a Front of House (FOH) Engineer and Production Manager/Technical Director for a diverse range of regional and international acts. His work was recognised with the Straits Times Life Theatre Award for Best Sound in 2020. With extensive touring experience, Uthaiyan has built a strong reputation within the industry for his consistency, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering high-quality productions.

Daphne Tay

Daphne is the founder of Bluente, an AI-powered document translation platform. Bluente works with professionals in law firms, MNCs, financial institutions to translate files in 120+ languages while keeping the format the same. Prior to starting Bluente, she was a consultant at Bain & Company, where she led digital transformation and operational improvement projects across Southeast Asia for clients in consumer, retail, and sector. With deep experience in operational strategy and cross-border growth, Daphne saw firsthand the inefficiencies in managing multilingual business documents, especially in regulated industries, and set out to solve it.

Shiyan Koh

Shiyan Koh is a venture capitalist who has spent the last decade betting on founders building the future — including companies working at the frontier of artificial intelligence. As a General Partner at Hustle Fund, she has backed over 600 startups around the globe, and spends a lot of time thinking about what AI can and can't replace. A longtime Singapore tech community builder, she hosts a monthly dinner series where technologists and thinkers debate exactly the kinds of questions Myles raises on stage. Leanne Robers is a globally recognized entrepreneur, psychotherapist, and leadership advisor working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, psychology, technology, and human potential. She is the Co-Founder of She Loves Tech, the world’s largest acceleration program and startup competition for women-led tech startups. Since its founding in 2015, it operates in 76 countries and 15,000+ startups have joined She Loves Tech. She Loves Tech builds an ecosystem for entrepreneurship and tech that creates opportunities for women and closes the gender gap in funding. She is also the founder of Girls Love Tech, a program for girls ages 12-23 to learn about technology and entrepreneurship and does this in partnership with the Singapore government. She currently serves as the Advisor and Venture Partner for a deep tech Venture Capital fund, Cocoon Capital.

 

Leanne’s expertise goes far beyond venture building. As a trained psychotherapist, she integrates cutting-edge neuroscience and psychosomatic practices into leadership development - helping people rewire limiting beliefs, navigate uncertainty, and build the inner resilience required to lead in a fast-changing world.

Xin Wei works in tech, which means she spends her days thinking about how technology can make life better — and her evenings wondering why it hasn't made hers easier yet.

 

When she's not doing that, she is ferrying two small boys between schools and enrichment classes across Singapore; meal-prepping high-protein lunches with Olympic discipline; collecting wine she is saving for a quieter moment that has not yet arrived; and building an elaborate system of AI-powered workflows and skills that is less "using a tool" and more "having a very patient chief of staff." She has not yet attempted to build her own soulmate — but will admit that something that remembers everything you've ever told it, never gets tired, and always shows up on time does set a certain kind of bar.

Lisa Enckell was on the founding team of Antler, the global early-stage venture capital firm headquartered in Singapore, where she helped build the platform from day one. Nathan Hartono

Nathan Hartono is a bilingual Singaporean singer-songwriter-actor with multifaceted artistic pursuits. Since his debut in 2006, Nathan has released music in both English and Mandarin, starred in a feature film, clinched the runner-up accolade at the 2016 Sing! China competition and captivated the hearts of audiences across Asia and beyond with his soulful and charismatic performances. As a bilingual artist, Nathan’s musical prowess in a varied genres of pop/R&B/acoustic/funk are fully showcased in his recent releases – the debut Mandarin EP, Do Nothing Day (September 2020) and the English EP, Edge of Days (September 2021).

Caesar Sengupta

Caesar Sengupta is currently on sabbatical and deeply immersed in AI and Agentic Coding, . He was previously the CEO and co-founder of Arta Finance, a global AI wealth platform democratising private banking for individuals and enabling financial institutions to unlock their expertise. Arta was founded by ex-Google executives and is backed by Peak XV, Ribbit Capital, Coatue, EDBI and over 140 luminaries in tech and finance including Ralph Hamers, Eric Schmidt, Sundar Pichai and Michael Miebach.

 

Mr Sengupta is a product builder who throughout his career has worked on using technology to bring greater access. Before Arta he spent 15 years at Google where as VP & GM of Payments & the Next Billion Users initiative, he led Google Pay, which went from 0 to 200M+ users in around 5 years. Prior to that, he started and led Chromebooks to become the #1 device used in education and #2 overall. He helmed strategic investments for Google into Asian unicorns like GoTo (Indonesia), Reliance Digital (India), Glance (India), etc. Mr Sengupta previously worked as an engineer at Encentuate (acq. IBM) and HP Labs.

 

Mr Sengupta is currently on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Institute of Technology and Board of Directors of Power-X (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange) and previously served on the board of the Infocomm Media Development Authority and as a member of the Committee for the Future Economy for Singapore.He was awarded the COVID-19 Resilience Medal by Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry for his contributions on the Emerging Stronger Together taskforce.

 

Mr Sengupta has an MBA from Wharton, an MS in Computer Science from Stanford, and holds 16 patents in operating systems design. He and his wife are members of the UNICEF International Council and Founding Philanthropists of The/Nudge Foundation. He is based in Singapore.

Dr. Ayesha Khanna

Dr. Ayesha Khanna is the Co-Founder and CEO of Addo, a global artificial intelligence (AI) solutions firm. Ayesha was recognized as a trailblazing female entrepreneur in Southeast Asia by Forbes. She provides strategic advisory to corporates and governments on artificial intelligence, smart cities, and the metaverse.

 

Ayesha serves several public, private and government boards. She serves on the board of Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), the board of NEOM Tonomous, responsible for formulating the vision and delivery of the technology infrastructure for NEOM in Saudi Arabia, and on the Scientific Advisory Board of L'Oreal. Previously, she served on the board of AVEVA, which was part of the FTSE100, before its acquisition by Schneider Electric. She has also served on several Singapore government boards.

 

Ayesha authored Straight Through Processing (2008) and co-authored Hybrid Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Human-Technology Civilization (2012). Her insights on technology, innovation, and smart cities have been featured in esteemed publications such as The New York Times, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and more.

Simon Chesterman

AI Governance | NUS Law

Professor Chesterman is David Marshall Professor of Law and Vice Provost (Educational Innovation) at the National University of Singapore, where he is also the founding Dean of NUS College. He serves as AI Governance and Policy Lead at the NUS AI Institute and Editor of the Asian Journal of International Law. Previously, he was Dean of NUS Law (2012-2022), and Global Professor and Director of the New York University School of Law Singapore Programme (2006-2011). Prior to joining NYU, he was a Senior Associate at the International Peace Academy and Director of UN Relations at the International Crisis Group in New York.

Jessica Cheam

Jessica Cheam is the Founder and CEO of Eco-Business, Asia Pacific’s leading business intelligence and advisory organisation focused on sustainable development. A globally recognised sustainability leader, she brings over two decades of experience spanning media, sustainable development, and sustainable finance.

She serves as an independent non-executive director of Singapore-listed Wilmar International and ComfortDelGro, where she chairs the Board Sustainability Committees of both companies and sits on ComfortDelGro’s Audit and Risk Committees.

 

Jessica holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and is a Senior Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors, where she serves on its ESG Committee. She also holds INSEAD’s Certificate in Corporate Governance and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors in Malaysia and the UK.

A trusted advisor on ESG strategy and governance, she works with governments, multinational organisations, and financial institutions, and is an accredited trainer for listed companies and financial institutions. Her contributions have been recognised through regional and global accolades, including the Women of the Future Southeast Asia Awards, Gen.T List 2021, The Peak Power List, and LinkedIn Power Profiles. She is a frequent speaker at global platforms such as the World Economic Forum in Davos.

 

Jessica serves on the boards of Temasek Polytechnic and the Singapore International Foundation, and on advisory panels including Singapore’s Ministry of Defence. She is also strategic advisor to Blue Planet Environmental Solutions, a member of the International Women’s Forum Singapore, and Chairperson of EB Impact, a charity focused on youth and education.

 

A multidisciplinary storyteller, Jessica is also an accomplished documentary filmmaker. Her works include From Asia to Antarctica (2018), Arctic Awakening (2019), and Wasted (2025). She is the author of Forging a Greener Tomorrow: Singapore’s Journey from Slum to Eco-City, and is a musician on weekends with The Jets.
