Eureka Day Post-Show Dialogues
The show ends. The conversation continues.
25 Nov & 1 Dec 2026 | KC Arts Centre – Home of SRT
Following the performance of Eureka Day
Everyone wants to be heard. Everyone thinks they’re being reasonable. So why is agreeing on anything so difficult?
In Eureka Day, a school committee’s response to a mumps outbreak turns questions of trust, responsibility and decision-making into riotous comedy. But those tensions don’t disappear when the curtain falls.
Stay after the show for two conversations with leaders from education, HR and design. From difficult conversations with parents to disagreements in the workplace, we’ll explore what happens when personal convictions meet collective responsibility — and how we find a way forward.
25 Nov 2026: Crisis in Session — Communications When It Matters the Most
From health and safety concerns to difficult conversations with families, communication can strengthen a school community or deepen its divisions. This panel explores how education leaders build and maintain trust, navigate competing expectations and respond when communication breaks down.
